Today I decided to do pullups until my arms fell off. I did five sets of ten. Then I did pushups.

Yesterday's bike ride left me with a pain in my butt, but I still worked out today:
75 pushups
200 side crunches (100 each side)
10 pullups
weight work for biceps, shoulders.
7 pullups
50 pushups
Woo!!
